The Office of the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance or “OSTI” as it is frequently referred to, provides consumers with a free, efficient and fair dispute resolution mechanism, assisting consumers in resolving disputes that they may have with their short-term insurance company.  With its offices located in Parktown, Johannesburg the Office of the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance is staffed by highly skilled professional staff.  The Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance, Deanne Wood is ably assisted by a team of Senior and Assistant Ombudsmen.
